Questions we get asked
What happens if I go over the number of sites on my plan?
Nothing shuts itself off. You tell us, and we either move you to the next plan prorated for the current month, or shift a site onto a plan you already pay for. Either way your admin panel stays open.
What do I gain by paying yearly?
Two months free, which means a bill for ten months covering twelve months of use. The figure shown switches to the real monthly equivalent, so the saving is visible before you commit.
Does my site get slower?
No. The code check happens on the login screen, not on the pages your visitors browse, so shoppers never wait on it.
What happens when somebody loses their phone?
They get recovery codes, and your administrator can clear a locked account from the panel. Nobody gets locked out of their own shop.
Do you need my admin password?
No. You create a BOLFAF account and approve the install. If we ever need access again we ask for it, and you can revoke it at any time.
Will it clash with a security plugin I already run?
Usually not. Two factor at the login layer sits alongside firewalls and malware scanners, and we check what you have before installing.
Is this only for WordPress and PrestaShop?
Those are where we spend most of our time, but the same platform protects any Laravel application through its API.
